Processing time
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5-6 business days of being placed. These are estimates: carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.

- Orders under $50: $4.99 flat-rate shipping
- Orders $50 and up: FREE shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.
Multiple packages
Orders with several parts may ship in more than one package and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each package.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then email cogandcoil@outlook.com. If a package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
