These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Coil & Cog Appliance Parts website (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and part information

We sell replacement appliance, HVAC and plumbing parts. We work to keep part numbers, descriptions, compatibility and photos accurate, but photos may be representative and manufacturers may change parts without notice. You're responsible for confirming that a part fits your appliance, for example by matching the part number on your old part or your appliance's model number. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

2. Pricing and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Stock levels on the Site are updated regularly, but we can't guarantee availability. If a part turns out to be unavailable after you order, or was listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and fully refund you.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and sales tax is added where required.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.

5. Installation and safety

Repairing appliances can involve electricity, gas and water. Always disconnect power, gas and water before working on an appliance, and follow the manufacturer's instructions. If you're not comfortable doing a repair, hire a qualified technician. We are not responsible for injury, property damage or appliance damage resulting from improper installation or use.

6. Warranty

Parts may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where one applies. Apart from our Refund Policy and as required by law, parts are sold "as is," without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including labor costs, lost food or loss of use.

8. Trademarks

Brand names such as GE, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, LG, Samsung, Bosch and Speed Queen belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the parts and the appliances they fit. Coil & Cog Appliance Parts is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.

9. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, for example by attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or interfering with its operation. Site content is owned by us or our licensors.
